Security Wyse engaged Brisbane Auto Gates for a commercial Automated Car Gate and a Security Access Pedestrian Gate on a Unit complex in Morningside. Hello Julie and Warren, I just wanted to let you know it is now almost two weeks and we have been trouble free with the gates since Theo came out. I haven’t been game to call you sooner but I feel now we have finally solved the problem, Theo was determined not to leave until he rectified the problem and it seems he has. The exit gate has been opening and closing so much easier since Theo made the adjustments and he programmed them to open and close at 6am and 6pm weekdays so hopefully this will take the pressure of the work load they have to contend with everyday. I would like to thank you all very much as I know it has been an ordeal for us all but you have responded to my every call and have shown much consideration to me throughout these past four months. Upgraded our automatic gate to a faster, heavier duty system recommended by the team. Very happy with out SEA Saturn System, much faster and quieter than the previous system. The RF antenna give us a huge range for the remotes (nice lightweight carbon fibre key rings). Stephen was a great technician, arrived on time, great handover and event helped me hook up the gate to our home automation system. Very happy.

We had our mechanised gate which had been previously installed by Brisbane Automatic Gates, fully serviced. In addition, the pedestrian gate was giving trouble because of ground shifting due to dry and wet weather conditions. The technician was prompt, phoned to say he would arrive in 20 minutes, was thorough. reliable, and professional . He took time to find a solution to fix the side gate.

I would like to pass on to Theo and your team at Brisbane Automatic Gate Systems from the Residents and the Body Corporate Committee our thanks and appreciation for the time you took in explaining how your company was going to tackle our problem with the vehicular gates that have caused many problems for us over the 6 years that the complex has been lived in. You and your team were patient, understanding and thoughtful, you personally came after hours and explained in layman terms at least twice to erase any fears residents and some committee members had of the planned works.
