At Brisbane Automatic Gate Systems, we stand behind the quality of our products and workmanship. Every automation system, gate, and component we supply is backed by a comprehensive manufacturer’s warranty and our own installation guarantee, giving you confidence and long-term protection.

Manufacturer’s Warranty

All products we supply are covered by the original manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty periods vary by product, typically ranging from one to five years, beginning from the invoice date.

Each manufacturer’s warranty covers faults or defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. Specific warranty details for each product are available upon request or at the time of purchase.

Brisbane Automatic Gate Systems Warranty

In addition to the manufacturer’s coverage, Brisbane Automatic Gate Systems offers its own warranty, activated once your system has been professionally installed.

The warranty does not cover damage due to Vermin.

To remain eligible, customers must:

  • Ensure all installation work is performed by an approved technician; and
  • Maintain the gate and automation system in accordance with our recommended servicing schedule.

In general, to comply with our warranty, you must perform ongoing maintenance on your automated gate equipment and have an approved installation. Regular maintenance is essential for safety, reliability, and compliance with warranty terms.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

  • Faults or defects in manufacturing of supplied products or parts; and
  • Installation errors or workmanship issues caused by our technicians.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Work carried out by anyone other than an authorised Brisbane Automatic Gate Systems technician;
  • Misuse, negligence, or unauthorised modifications;
  • Damage resulting from storms, flooding, or other natural events;
  • Power surge or electrical damage from unstable or “dirty” power supply.
